"R. Skórska BHP", the owner of the web site is the Polish private company existing since December 2000. "R. Skórska BHP" works in labour legislation area as certified instructor. The company works for both , big financial institutions, supermarkets, and private small companies like forwarders, bakeries, etc. training employees how to do their work avoiding risk and accidents during their work and what to do in the situation, and training managers what are their responsibilities in the range of stuff management. The mentioned trainings are performed periodically according Polish labour rules every 3 - 5 years.

Ms Beata Skorska who has been working for last nearly 20 years as coordinator of business relationships between some Polish and foreign companies and institutions wants to spread a range of the company services. Relationships between Polish and foreign companies are very often not effective enough, mainly because of culture differences and different standards of communication.  

Poland is the 6th biggest European Union market with 38 mln inhabitants.  Currently is is probably the strongest market in EU. Nothing is without the reason.
As a State Poland is more than 1000 years old. Poland was a multi-national and multi-religion state for ages. All those nations and religions have has created our very rich and differentiated culture and standards which has to be respected. Poles are very proof for crisis, because they are people of hard work and great ideas.

Company strategy should give the possibility to sell products and to increase number of customers. It should be strategy which makes the company stronger during few next years, if not to be market leader.

Many foreign companies I know come to Poland and try to tell us how we should behave as salespeople, who are our customers and what is good for us. The problem is that we are rather very definite and we need good offer not good advices especially, if we have to pay for product. I think that Poles are not travel in business and teach everybody how to do it. Maybe they should?

 B2B market is very demanding in Poland. The level of technology we have and use is much higher than expected by foreign businessmen. Customers expectations relating product information (technical specification especially), warranty definition and details, level of product technology, pricing, etc. are much higher than abroad. Some products are found as superb ones because of country of origin. The level of consumption is much higher as in many “western” countries – we know about it since we can travel abroad. We live in a different way and other things are important for us, for example cuisine and food quality.

Many foreign salesmen complain that we are not enthusiastic about their products. We are enthusiastic about ideas (freedom is one of them). Being enthusiastic about a thing is just funny. We need professional information to undertake decision. That's all.
